The hotel had a couple of standout features, like a spacious room and quick service. Unfortunately, I noticed a musty smell in the room during my entire four-day stay, which was a bit off-putting. The dining options were a letdown, especially comparing the regular buffet to the so-called premium one. Overall, while I enjoyed certain aspects of my stay, a few elements need improvement to match expectations.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The view from my room overlooking the pool and beach was nothing short of stunning, and the pools themselves were fantastic. However, the service was quite disappointing—several interactions left a sour taste, particularly when trying to get assistance. The location is excellent, right on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Dominican Republic. Overall, while the room and area were beautiful, the service and dining experiences need improvement to match the price.
